Directions for adjusting the height of the Walking Support Staff
The Walking Support Staff uses a brass button to adjust its height. This results in a very strong staff that won't collapse when you need it for support. It can be adjusted in one and a half increments.To adjust the height: First you loosen the textured nut slightly. Next you push in the brass button and slide the staff to the desired height. Finally tighten the nut. Normally most people adjust the height so that when the tip is on the ground the users forearm is approximately horizontal.
